Every LeanBurn Drops order carries a 60 day money back guarantee. The manufacturer asks one thing of you first: use the product for at least 30 days. After that, if you are not satisfied with your results, with the product, or with the experience of buying it, write to us inside the 60 day window and we will refund the purchase.
Why 30 days of use comes first
Because that is when the data says people notice something, if they are going to. In our review base, 71 percent of everyone who reports a change reports it inside four weeks. Asking for a month of honest use is not a hurdle designed to run down the clock, it is the shortest period in which the question can be answered fairly. You still have another 30 days after that to decide and to write to us.
How to claim, step by step
Use it properly for 30 days
One to two dropperfuls each morning. Skipping half the week and then asking for a refund is within your rights, but you will not have learned anything.

Email support@leanburnlab.com or orders@leanburnlab.com from the address you ordered with, or call +1 (513) 402-7188 during Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET. Include your order number if you have it. If you do not, we can find you by name and email.
Tell us what happened
One line is enough. We ask because it is the only way we learn anything, not because the answer changes the outcome.
Follow the return instruction
We will tell you whether to return anything and where. There is no restocking fee and no requirement to send unopened bottles back by courier at your expense.
Watch for the refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most land within 3 to 5 business days of approval, though your bank sets the final timing.
What is covered
- Any of the three packages, at the price you paid.
- Orders where the product did not work for you.
- Orders that arrived damaged, incomplete, or wrong. Photograph it and we will replace or refund without the 30 day condition.
What is not covered
- Bottles bought anywhere other than this portal. A marketplace seller is not us and we cannot refund a purchase we never took payment for.
- Requests made after the 60 day window has closed. Write to us anyway. We would rather hear from you late than not at all.
Why we do not make this difficult
A refund process designed to exhaust people is a short term saving and a long term reputation problem. Our critical reviewers are the ones who describe how the guarantee actually behaves, and the three star reviews on our own reviews page say the money came back in a handful of days without an argument. That is worth more to us than the value of a retained order, and it is the reason the process above is five steps rather than fifteen.
