Refund policy

This policy covers orders placed through leanburnlab.com, the authorized distribution portal for LeanBurn Drops in the United States. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The window
You have 60 days from the date your order is placed to request a refund. The manufacturer asks that you use the product for at least 30 days before making that request, so the practical window for a satisfaction refund runs from day 30 to day 60.
Faults, damage and errors
The 30 day condition does not apply if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Photograph the parcel and its contents, email orders@leanburnlab.com, and we will replace or refund immediately.
Making a request
Email support@leanburnlab.com or orders@leanburnlab.com from the address used to order, or call +1 (513) 402-7188 during Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET. Include your order number where you have it. We acknowledge within one business day.
Returns
Contact us before returning anything. In many cases no return is required. Where one is, we will give you the address and instructions. No restocking fee is charged at any point.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days of approval, though the final timing is set by your card issuer or bank. Shipping charges paid on the 2 bottle starter are refunded along with the product price.
Outside this policy
- Products bought from any source other than this portal. Marketplace sellers are not authorized distributors and we cannot refund a payment we did not receive.
- Requests made after the 60 day window. Contact us regardless and we will look at it.
- Repeated refund requests across multiple orders, which we may decline.
Partial orders and multiple packages
Where an order covered more than one package, a refund can be issued in full or against the unused portion, whichever you prefer. Tell us which when you write. Where a promotional shipping rate applied to the order as a whole, the refunded amount reflects what you actually paid rather than a list price.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where those rights are broader than what is written here, they apply.
