Calderwell Nutrition Group, LLC operates leanburnlab.com. This policy sets out what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address, telephone number where given, and the contents of the order. When you contact us: whatever you choose to put in the message. When you browse: basic technical data such as pages requested and approximate region, used to keep the site working.
We do not collect card numbers. Payment is handled by the authorized checkout provider on its own encrypted systems, and full card details never reach this website or our staff.
Why we hold it
- To pick, pack, ship, and track your order.
- To answer your questions and process refunds under the refund policy.
- To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires of us.
- To detect fraudulent orders and counterfeit reports.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent mailing lists. We do not pass your details to advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something once.
Who else sees it
Only the parties needed to complete your order: the payment processor, the fulfillment and shipping carriers, and our accountants for financial records. Each receives the minimum necessary and none of them is permitted to use it for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, currently seven years. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Technical logs are kept for 90 days.
Your choices
Write to support@leanburnlab.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Where an order record must be kept for tax purposes we will tell you which part cannot be deleted and why.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to function. There is no advertising network, no cross site tracking pixel, and no behavioural profiling on these pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service.
Children
This site and product are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
